It might not seem like big big news, but Sunny is learning how to run and walk up and down stairs. Just out of the blue, just like that! It is always a beautiful day when she "gets" how to do something, and her little face is just glowing with the pleasure of her achievement. She will be five in February, and She is working so hard on these skills, and is maneuvering her way through the complexities of how to make word connections. She started recently opening books that are of a similar size to whatever one of us is reading, and she will put herself next to us and look at her book. I brought home a new bedtime story book for her, and she was so thrilled. i forget how complex these little things are, until i see how much work it is for Sunny.
